The Cowichan Men’s Resource Centre is looking for men and women to volunteer with us in any one of a number of capacities. We are looking for:
▪ Advisory Board members

▪ Volunteers to work on fund raising for the centre.
▪ Volunteers to work with us; learning group facilitation and adult education skills with our upcoming men’s anger management groups.  More...

Fathers Day

On behalf of the Cowichan Men’s Centre, I would like to extend a very sincere thank you to our civic leaders, service organizations, vendors, and citizens for your encouragement and support at our first annual Father’s Day event!!
We spent a wonderful day in Duncan City Square surrounded by wonderful music, vendors, and very positive participants!  We would also like to thank all of the supporters of our first silent auction!  Because of you, we were able to raise $1000 for the Cowichan Men’s Centre!!  Thank you so very much!

In the coming months, we will continue to offer our Dad’s Make a Difference, Men’s Circles, and Respectful Men’s programs.  We are also extremely pleased to announce, through the generous support of Coast Capital Savings, the receipt of a grant for the Boys to Men program!!  This will allow us to support a number of men and boys in the region with both a Mentors training program in August, and a Rites of Passage Adventure Weekend in the Fall!!  Please contact us for more details about these events!
